Retail Production Lead

What you'll do

• Support client workers and volunteers through training
• perform assigned production or service work
• check equipment for operational soundness and safety
• follow safety practices
• inform the supervisor of operational or materials concerns
• assign tasks and provide daily direction to volunteers based on operational needs
• act as a mandated abuse reporter
• perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
