What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• provide medication reminders according to the care plan and applicable regulations
• communicate with clients in Spanish
• provide companionship and emotional support
• assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• maintain a clean and safe living environment
• monitor and report changes in health or behavior
• accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities when required
• maintain records
• respect confidentiality and client preferences.

Why this role
