What you'll do

• Manage 3–4 landscaping crews
• oversee scheduling, routing, and job sequencing
• support or lead crews as needed
• hire, train, and coach field employees
• monitor performance and recommend wage adjustments
• enforce safety and disciplinary procedures
• respond to client requests
• identify upsell opportunities and present proposals
• manage equipment maintenance and supplies
• handle hiring paperwork, reports, timesheets, and billing coordination
• lead safety meetings and conduct vehicle and equipment checks.
