Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is currently fully remote, providing services to children and families throughout Georgia. Compensation is up to $93 per hour, with rates negotiable based on experience. The role supports BK Behavior’s clinician-focused organization and its work in accessibility and behavioral services. The BCBA conducts behavioral assessments, develops individualized Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans, supervises behavior technicians, monitors client progress, and collaborates with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams. The role helps advance treatment goals while maintaining accurate documentation and ethical and clinical standards; future hybrid work may be required if Georgia regulations change.

What you'll do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • supervise and guide behavior technicians
  • monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
  • collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
