Registered Nurse Supervisor — Care Management

Job overview

The Registered Nurse Supervisor role is onsite in the Bronx, New York, with some travel to other Bronx locations; hybrid schedules may be available based on program needs and leadership discretion. The schedule is 35 hours, and the salary range is $110,000–$120,000 per year based on relevant experience and education. The supervisor supports Good Shepherd Services’ Care Management unit and reports to the Director of Nursing. The supervisor leads and develops the Nurse Care Management Team while overseeing care coordination, records, regulatory compliance, training, and quality assurance. The role also provides direct care management services when staff are absent and supports effective services for members and families.

What you'll do

• Carry an active caseload as required
• supervise and evaluate Nurse Care Management staff
• monitor work with children and families

• collect and present data
• oversee identification and enrollment of eligible members
• strengthen community support networks
• ensure timely 29-i documentation
• train new and existing staff
• ensure quality assurance standards.

Why this role

Requires an active New York State Registered Nurse license and an associate degree in nursing; a BSN is strongly preferred. Requires two to three years of clinical practice and two to three years of supervisory experience.
