What you'll do

• Ensure regulatory and company-policy compliance
• oversee resident assessments, service plans, and health documentation
• monitor clinical outcomes and lead quality improvement
• coordinate with the Executive Director and department heads
• communicate with residents and families about care changes
• lead wellness checks, medication management, and service-plan updates
• coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and allied providers
• hire, train, schedule, and supervise clinical staff
• maintain staffing, competency training, and clinical supplies
• participate in on-call and Manager on Duty coverage.
