Staffing Coordinator

What you'll do

• Maintain employee contact listings and attendance calendars
• prepare and post nursing schedules and worksheets
• coordinate schedule variances with the Director of Nursing
• assist employees with scheduling forms
• complete nursing department records for hiring, reclassification, and discharge
• support orientation and certification records
• respond to staffing calls
• report scheduling concerns and grievances to nursing leadership
• adhere to HIPAA requirements and resident rights.
