What you'll do

• Represent the organization in FERC proceedings, including rulemakings, complaints, tariff filings, and compliance matters. Serve as a primary legal liaison with FERC staff, administrative law judges, and other federal regulatory stakeholders. Lead filings and proceedings before federal and state agencies
• advise executive management on electric transmission, wholesale electricity markets, system planning, operations, and compliance. Interpret tariffs and agreements, oversee administrative litigation, support civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution, manage outside counsel, supervise and mentor legal professionals, and lead cross-functional compliance initiatives.
