The Registered Nurse (RN) role is an onsite, full-time position in Yuma, AZ, contracted for the State of Arizona. Compensation is $62–$63 per hour. What you'll do

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• communicate resident medical, social, and functional needs
• participate in shift reports
• perform admission nursing assessments and assist with MDS assessments, quarterly reviews, and care plans
• document diagnoses, assessments, treatments, and progress
• provide limited supervision and assist with activities of daily living
• participate in staff training and development.
