What you'll do

• Inspect doors, windows, and walls and make repairs
• handle additional maintenance requests
• maintain and repair HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring
• develop and carry out preventive maintenance
• record equipment service and repairs
• clean public spaces and assist the housekeeping supervisor with deep cleaning.
