What you'll do

• Obtain and distribute project documents and addenda
• control bid deliverables
• review project documents
• develop estimating protocols and system take-offs
• prepare RFIs
• evaluate value-engineering options and quotations
• develop estimate summaries, scope summaries, and schedules
• participate in bid reviews and post-bid analysis
• support estimate-to-construction cost-code conversion and related procurement activities.
