Desktop Analyst

What you'll do

• Support deployment and standup of IT hardware, applications, and technology for a new distribution center
• replace, rebuild, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and endpoint components
• install, remove, and configure applications
• troubleshoot Windows, network, and desktop issues
• support Microsoft 365, Citrix, AWS desktop environments, Android devices, and related endpoint technologies
• configure and troubleshoot Zebra printers, handheld and wearable terminals, and scanners
• coordinate service requests and assist with advanced technical problems.
