What you'll do

• Serve as the primary client contact by phone and email
• troubleshoot payroll and PrismHR system issues
• guide clients on payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance questions
• ensure timely and accurate payroll submissions, including new hires, terminations, deductions, and garnishments
• generate and maintain reports
• import and manipulate client data
• meet response and resolution timelines
• escalate complex issues
• participate in client meetings.
