What you'll do

• Schedule incoming service appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
• coordinate with Service Advisors and the Parts/Rental Department
• respond to customer inquiries by chat, email, and phone
• follow up on declined services and arrange follow-up appointments
• contact customers about required service and recalls
• follow up on ordered or back-ordered parts and schedule their receipt.
