What you'll do

• Coordinate and conduct facility and infrastructure inventories and condition assessments, especially of MEP systems
• document deficiencies and recommend corrective actions, lifecycle plans, and cost estimates
• quality-check field surveys and reports
• review building automation data and cost estimates
• prepare assessment and energy-audit reports
• coordinate with government stakeholders and project teams
• and provide team training.

Why this role
