What you'll do
- Receive and enter maintenance requests in the CMMS
- review requests for completeness and obtain missing information
- coordinate project entries with facility managers
- route requests to appropriate personnel, agencies, contractors, or teams
- obtain government direction when needed
- track work and provide weekly updates
- generate status reports
- assist stakeholders with status updates
- coordinate global reporting and dashboards
- maintain complete project documentation.
