What you'll do

• Plan, direct, and budget assigned construction projects

• support subcontractors, staff, trades, and crafts
• administer project documentation, billing procedures, submittals, and progress-payment requirements
• assist with project budgets and conferences
• prepare cost-accounting worksheets and visual presentations
• monitor applicable government regulations and contract compliance
• communicate schedule deviations to customers
• travel up to 20%.
