Injury Prevention Specialist – Industrial Ergonomics

Job overview

The Industrial Ergonomic & Injury Prevention Specialist role is onsite in Carmel, IN, at a manufacturing facility. Compensation is $32–$37 per hour, plus bonus and commission opportunities. ECI provides workplace services and partners with employers on proactive injury-prevention programs.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite injury triage and symptom management, ergonomics and body mechanics education, movement screens, ergonomic assessments and job evaluations, and support for ergonomic projects.
• Identify ergonomic and behavioral risk factors, develop work fitness programs, document visits, prepare reports and presentations, and collaborate with EHS and management teams.
• The schedule is Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours per week.
