The role coordinates requirements, architecture, documentation, analysis, interfaces, and technical decisions across teams so complex facilities and systems can be defined, designed, built, tested, and activated.

• Provide technical guidance and oversight for system functionality

• assess risks and support mitigation plans
• negotiate across teams to optimize the system
• develop specialty engineering strategies for operability, reliability, maintainability, and supportability.
