What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, deliver, and evaluate classroom, field, simulator, and on-the-job training
• train and qualify operators on haul trucks, drills, loaders, shovels, dozers, graders, water trucks, and support equipment
• conduct practical evaluations, observations, ride-alongs, audits, and qualification assessments
• support MSHA and site compliance
• maintain training and certification records
• coach operators
• identify training gaps
• assist with procedures and technology training.
