What you'll do

• Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualify prospective PACE participants
• complete 20–25 medical-needs assessments by phone
• explain services, benefits, and enrollment steps
• document interactions and lead information in the CRM
• coordinate intake meetings with Enrollment Representatives
• contribute to sales strategies and enrollment targets
• provide customer service and empathetic conversations about care needs.
