What you'll do

• Lead a crew providing arboricultural care
• climb trees using DdRT/MRS and SRT/SRS systems
• follow the H.O.P.E. jobsite process
• prune, thin, and remove deadwood
• install cables, bracing, and lightning protection systems
• remove hazardous trees
• mentor crew members through the career development program
• maintain, prepare, and operate tools and equipment.
