Reliability Engineer – Cloud One (Hybrid)

What you'll do

• Design and maintain highly available systems
• define and report service indicators, objectives, and error budgets
• identify and mitigate reliability risks
• conduct capacity planning and performance modeling
• implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and actionable alerts
• participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response
• coordinate troubleshooting and post-incident reviews
• automate operational tasks and develop reliability tools
• participate in architecture reviews and disaster recovery testing
• partner with DevOps, Platform, and Security teams
• document standards and support compliance and audits.
