Front Desk and Sales Team Member — Fitness Studio

The Front Desk and Sales Team Member role is onsite in Fairfax, VA, and is part-time, with hours that vary based on studio schedule and needs. This position supports studio operations and the client experience by welcoming clients, handling account and class transactions, responding to questions, and helping maintain the studio. It also contributes to sales and community engagement through client follow-up and promotion of studio offerings.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and build community connections
• respond to client requests and concerns
• maintain knowledge of studio retail products, class packages, beverages, towels, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues, events, and schedule changes
• assist the Head Coach, Community Manager, and coaches with daily operations and cleanliness
• report complaints or grievances
• address visible maintenance or equipment issues
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quota
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to client milestones and prepare the celebration board.
