What you'll do

• Develop and own the healthcare sector strategic plan
• assess sector performance and adjust growth strategy
• represent the company with health systems, owners’ representatives, design partners, and industry organizations
• identify clients and project opportunities
• lead proposals, bids, and negotiated delivery efforts
• build client and trade partner relationships
• lead project teams and support recruiting and development
• ensure safety reviews and corrective actions
• negotiate and manage contract risks
• partner on estimates, schedules, constructability, logistics, and procurement
• oversee project status, cost, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction
• manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience; at least 10 years of commercial construction management experience overseeing multiple large projects and negotiated GMP projects, including meaningful healthcare facility experience. Experience with occupied healthcare renovations and expansions is required; alternative delivery experience is preferred.
