Quality Manager

Job overview

The Quality Manager role is onsite in Ann Arbor, MI, with pay of $80,000–$85,000 per year. The position supports CRP Industries’ quality organization and reports to the Corporate Quality Manager. CRP supplies components and solutions to automotive and industrial service markets.

What you'll do

• Support and manage the Quality Management System
• contribute to quality assurance and control
• monitor supplier quality and manage supplier returns
• use structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes and countermeasures
• apply FMEA and control plans
• ensure calibration and traceability of measuring devices
• support testing, inspection, training, and internal and supplier audits
• drive continual improvement
• monitor warranty returns and quality KPIs
• report quality performance.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, two years of relevant quality auditing or related experience, and import/distribution industry experience. ISO 9001 experience is preferred; IATF 16949 experience and ASQ certification are advantageous.
