What you'll do

• Oversee new construction and renovation projects
• coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams
• maintain schedules, budgets, and scope documentation
• inspect sites for progress, quality, and safety compliance
• manage permits and coordinate with authorities and utility providers
• verify FF&E installations
• identify and resolve project risks
• report progress and KPIs to executive leadership
• and travel to project locations.
