Behavioral Health Technician, Overnight 10 PM–8 AM

The Behavioral Health Technician role is onsite in Wyoming, MN, and pays $17–$19 per hour. Northstar Behavioral Health Network provides care for people experiencing opioid and stimulant use disorders and those needing Intensive Residential Treatment Services. The technician supports clients’ daily care and treatment programming by monitoring activities, assisting with medication and admissions, documenting relevant information, and helping maintain a safe and supportive residential environment.

What you'll do

• Administer and document client medications
• monitor house and client activities and complete rounds
• transport clients to appointments, intake pickups, and discharge drop-offs while ensuring passenger safety
• assist counselors with intake, admission, and orientation
• encourage client goals and participate in recreational activities
• document client information
• complete clerical tasks
• assist with food preparation and household cleaning as needed
• follow program policies, client rights, and confidentiality requirements.
