The Avionics Technician II (Avionics CDI) role is onsite in Jacksonville, NC. Pay is $32.10 per hour. ACET says this position supports its aerospace and aviation sustainment operations and contributes to aircraft readiness and mission success. The technician performs organizational-level avionics maintenance on UH-1Y Venom and AH-1Z Viper aircraft. The work diagnoses and repairs electronic systems, documents maintenance, and follows naval aviation maintenance, safety, and quality requirements to support aircraft readiness.

What you'll do

• Perform O-Level maintenance on H-1 avionics
• isolate faults in communication, navigation, and identification systems
• troubleshoot weapon-control and targeting-system interfaces
• maintain and repair wiring, power distribution, lighting, and relays
• inspect and service radar, mission computers, and DECM suites
• use ATE, TDRs, and multimeters
• remove, repair, and install LRUs according to IETMs
• document maintenance in Nalcomis/OOMA
• follow NAMP, Tool Control Programs, and hazardous-material protocols.

Why this role
