What you'll do

• Perform plant care including cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming, staking, and pruning
• track humidity, moisture, and temperature
• inspect plants for health, pests, and disease
• assist with harvest, trimming, weighing, and inventory records
• support curing by hanging and dry-racking flowers and monitoring climate
• operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems
• keep cultivation areas and tools clean and sanitized
• assist during high-demand periods with product preparation and packaging
• follow state regulations and security procedures.
