Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations and compliance
• inspect the property and coordinate maintenance and repairs
• manage service requests, vendors, and onsite staff
• handle resident issues

• manage budgets, rent collection, delinquency tracking, property financials, and reporting
• maintain resident and vendor records
• support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and resident retention.
