• Lead efforts toward quarterly sales goals for rooms and food and beverage
• pursue and convert business opportunities
• solicit group and transient business
• conduct local and national sales calls based on market demand
• develop and negotiate proposals and contracts
• conduct site inspections
• maintain relationships with national sales and corporate accounts
• coordinate with hotel departments after contract close
• coach and mentor the sales team.
