What you'll do

• Lead and serve as liaison for direct resident care
• monitor and supervise CNAs assisting residents with activities of daily living
• ensure resident care plans are implemented
• provide staff teaching or consult nursing leadership about in-service needs
• conduct routine hall rounds and report concerns
• participate in resident admissions
• communicate pertinent resident information accurately and promptly.

Why this role

Requires an unencumbered North Carolina RN license. Two years in long-term care or with a geriatric population is preferred. Schedule is 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with every other weekend required.
