What you'll do
- Oversee nursing services and resident care during the assigned shift
- supervise and support nursing and nursing assistant staff
- ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
- make nursing and aide assignments based on resident and staffing needs
- monitor resident care and documentation
- ensure medications, supplies, and equipment are available
- assist with resident assessments and care planning
- address staff, resident, and family concerns
- promote staff education and teamwork
- communicate clinical and staffing updates to the Director of Nursing.

Why this role
Requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, an active Florida RN license, at least two years of RN experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, restorative, or geriatric care, at least one year of supervisory or management experience, and current CPR certification.
