What you'll do

• Receive customer vehicles and identify service needs
• complete repair orders
• estimate costs and completion times
• review work in progress
• assist technicians and parts staff with part numbers and parts posting
• forward customer-paid, warranty, and internal repair orders
• greet customers and handle calls
• notify customers of changes or delays
• recommend additional services
• address complaints and repeat repairs
• ensure vehicles are clean at pickup.
