What you'll do

• Own and maintain public health laboratory LIMS platforms such as Labware, Rees, or Neometrix
• troubleshoot issues and maintain CAP, CLIA, and HIPAA compliance
• analyze workflows and tune databases using SQL and Crystal Reports
• implement alterations and upgrades with vendors and IT
• manage HL7 ELR, APHL/CDC PHLIP, and ARLN integrations
• maintain laboratory subnets, equipment connections, and web accessioning pages
• support grant narratives and justifications
• develop and deliver administrative and LIMS training.
