The Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician role is onsite in Altoona, PA; compensation is not specified. The position combines outpatient pulmonary medicine with scheduled ICU rotations and supports an established multidisciplinary team. The team has access to advanced pulmonary technology, including routine and robotic bronchoscopy and endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS). The physician evaluates and treats general and advanced pulmonary conditions, performs pulmonary procedures, and manages critically ill patients as part of a multidisciplinary team. The role contributes to coordinated, evidence-based care across outpatient and inpatient settings, with collaboration from advanced practice providers, intensivists, respiratory therapists, and other specialists.

What you'll do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat general and advanced pulmonary conditions
• provide outpatient pulmonary care and participate in scheduled ICU rotations
• manage critically ill patients
• perform routine and robotic bronchoscopy and EBUS
• collaborate with Interventional Radiology on CT-guided lung biopsies and ultrasound-guided thoracentesis
• develop treatment and follow-up plans
• document care
• support quality improvement and evidence-based practices.
