What you'll do

• Provide licensed care in accordance with physician orders and applicable standards
• take and record vital signs
• provide catheter, IV, and respiratory care within license limitations
• document nursing notes
• maintain safe and sanitary care areas
• monitor ancillary services
• communicate with residents, families, physicians, and facility personnel
• implement care plans and follow infection control and HIPAA policies.
