The Grounds & Maintenance Associate works onsite at Outdoorsy Hill Country in Stonewall, TX. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience. The role reports to the Facilities Manager at a luxury glamping retreat on 34 acres. The associate helps keep the property safe, functional, clean, and welcoming for guests by maintaining buildings, equipment, grounds, and the pool, while responding to maintenance needs and providing courteous guest service.

What you'll do

• Maintain inventory and supply records
• inspect the property and diagnose building, grounds, and equipment issues
• safely operate lawnmowers, chainsaws, and other maintenance equipment
• perform HVAC, plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, and interior repairs
• respond to maintenance requests
• clean exterior grounds and common areas
• maintain the pool and chemical logs
• provide courteous guest service.
