What you'll do

• Perform routine plumbing, carpentry, and electrical maintenance and repairs
• inspect for maintenance issues
• assist with fixture, appliance, and equipment installation, replacement, and repair
• maintain activity and work-order records
• follow safety standards
• respond to staff and resident requests
• support general facility upkeep.
