The Purchasing Administrator role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; flexibility may be needed as jobs change. Compensation is not specified. Romanoff Group of Companies is an employee-owned provider of commercial and residential electrical, heating and cooling, and plumbing services, primarily serving new housing construction. The administrator enters purchase orders and supports purchasing, accounts payable, and vendors by researching and correcting purchasing errors. Accurate records and timely inventory transactions help keep material acquisition and project closeouts on track.

What you'll do

• Enter purchase orders into Timberline
• perform data entry for material acquisition and inventory
• enter inventory receipts and transfers
• verify and analyze purchase orders against invoices
• support purchasing agents
• follow administrative procedures
• research purchase orders for job closings
• establish vendor relationships
• maintain time management in a schedule-driven environment.
