What you'll do

• Represent clients in commercial and civil litigation, including business, contract, and real estate disputes
• research and draft legal documents
• prepare for and attend hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences
• manage discovery and negotiate resolutions
• advise clients on legal risks and options
• assist with appellate matters as needed
• manage caseloads, files, documentation, and billing records.
