Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is an onsite role in Fort Worth, TX, paying $27–$31 per hour. CSC Management owns and operates multifamily properties, and this position supports a newly acquired property. The supervisor maintains the property’s physical integrity and a clean, well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff by coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, safety practices, and maintenance staff.

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance tasks and delegate work
• oversee and inspect assistants’ work
• manage resident service requests and complete work orders as much as possible within 24 hours
• schedule maintenance coverage for emergencies
• conduct safety meetings and maintain HAZCOM standards
• identify and correct property hazards
• maintain records for preventive maintenance, service requests, expenditures, and work in progress
• schedule routine equipment maintenance
• develop and support maintenance staff.

Why this role
