Associate Customer Experience Manager

The Associate Customer Experience Manager role is onsite in Spring Park, MN. Pay is $40,000–$60,000 per year. The associate manages day-to-day order activity and customer communication while coordinating with internal teams to support fulfillment and account needs. The role builds experience in forecasting, margin awareness, and customer relationships, with the stated aim of developing toward broader account-management responsibility.

What you'll do

• Support assigned customer accounts, orders, reorders, open-order reporting, inquiries, and issue escalation
• coordinate order fulfillment and customer initiatives
• gather and communicate forecasts and account information
• coordinate customer meetings and follow-up
• support Customer Experience Managers with administrative and account-growth activities
• track opportunities in the CRM
• maintain knowledge of customer brands and account requirements
• safeguard confidential information
• collaborate across company locations and time zones
• occasional travel to company facilities or customer locations.
