• Develop recruitment and candidate communication strategies
• coordinate diverse-talent recruiting strategies
• advise hiring managers through selection
• assess recruiting pools and future sourcing needs
• source and network with candidates
• organize recruitment and marketing events
• represent the organization at job fairs and college recruiting events
• ensure recruiting practices comply with employment laws
• support Talent Acquisition Leadership projects.
