What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers with frame selection
• adjust, troubleshoot, and dispense eyewear
• provide accurate pricing and delivery estimates
• contact patients when glasses are ready
• document patient communications
• assist with insurance billing and order processing
• clean and merchandise displays
• cross-train in other departments and complete related assigned duties.
