What you'll do

• Provide speech pathology or audiology services according to physician treatment plans
• assess patient functioning and help develop or revise care plans using appropriate tests
• set patient goals
• report treatment responses and condition changes to the physician or care managers
• instruct patients, families, and health team personnel
• recommend audiology hearing tests when needed and check hearing aids.
