Service Business Development Representative

The Service Business Development Representative role is onsite in Gastonia, NC. Compensation is stated as starting at $15.00 per hour. The role supports Courage Kia’s service department by helping customers arrange service and addressing their needs. This position exists to provide responsive customer service while supporting service-department sales. The representative answers calls, schedules appointments, follows up with customers, and maintains accurate records.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
• address customer concerns
• meet and greet service customers
• coordinate loaner and rental vehicles with the Rental Coordinator
• call customers to check satisfaction and schedule special-order parts and recall visits
• prospect and follow up with customers, including cold calls
• maintain accurate records
• consult with the BDC/Exchange Manager
• follow company policies and procedures.
