What you'll do

• Respond to prospective student inquiries by phone, direct mail, and internet
• manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• generate leads through students, referrals, and outside resources
• schedule and conduct admissions interviews by phone, in person, or video
• enroll qualified applicants
• follow up with prospects
• maintain CampusVue records and enrollment files
• monitor email
• meet daily call, appointment, and lead quotas
• follow admissions policies and regulatory guidelines.
