What you'll do

• Assist customers with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing devices
• oversee and direct store staff
• meet or exceed monthly sales and profit goals
• manage employee hours and workflow
• schedule and approve store and mobile technicians
• train and coach employees
• control expenditures and analyze financial metrics
• enforce operational and personnel policies
• oversee inventory and buybacks
• provide repair recommendations and estimates
• explain technical issues in simple terms
• ensure repairs meet quality standards
• maintain accurate point-of-sale repair records and store appearance
• assist other assigned stores as needed.
